2. What data we process and why

We process the data you give us when you fill in the contact form (names, email or WhatsApp, and the details of your celebration) or when you write to us by email, phone or WhatsApp. We use it to answer your enquiry, check availability, prepare quotes and, if you hire the service, manage the contract and the delivery of the photographs and videos.

3. Legal basis

• Your consent, when you send us the form or a message (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• Taking pre-contractual steps or performing the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Compliance with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting duties (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

4. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors, such as the platform that hosts this website (wfolio) and email and messaging services (Google, WhatsApp). Where any of them is located outside the European Economic Area, this is done with the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR.

5. Retention period

We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if there is a contractual relationship, for the periods required by applicable law. After that it is deleted or blocked.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to borzaklau38@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. You may also withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Client images are only published on this site or on social media with the authorisation of the people appearing in them. You can request their removal at any time.
